Certificate filled out in manuscript: Simon Mulligan Arrived in California March 13, 1850, having sailed from Boston in ship Argonaut, Oct. 30, 1849, making the passage around Cape Horn in 134 days. Places for signatures of President and Secretary are signed: Chas. A. Dole and Stephen W. Foster. Dated in manuscript: January 24, 1898. and Title from caption.
