Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital,, Hospital Number, 20,459, John A. Dixon, John A. Dixon, Serg't, Co. I, 116th Pa. Vols., aged 32, was admitted to Harewood U.S.A. Gen'l Hospital, April 12th, 1865, suffering from gunshot wound of left leg, lower third, the ball injuring soft parts. Wounded, March 31st, 1865 at the battle of Petersburgh, Va. On admission, the condition of injured parts and constitutional state of patient were good. Patient did tolerably well up to May 10th, 1865, when parts became gangrenous. Result favorable. Doing well., R. B. BONTECOU,, and Surgeon U.S. Vols., In charge.

Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital,, Hospital Number, 20,224., R. B. BONTECOU,, Richard Ives, Private, Co. B, 189th N.Y. Vols., aged 33, was admitted to Harewood U.S.A. Gen'l Hospital, April 2nd, 1865, suffering from gun shot wound, the ball entering over middle of superior edge of scapula; extracted near the middle of left scapula; left scapula fractured and right injured. Wounded, March 29th, 1865, at the battle of Hatcher's Run, Va. On admission, the condition of injured parts and constitutional state of patient were tolerably good, did tolerably well up to April 20th, 1865, from that date the parts became gangrenous, gangrene extending the whole length of wound. The patient steadily sank, and died, May 16th, 1865, from exhaustion., Richard Ives., and Surgeon U.S. Vols., In Charge.

Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital,, Hospital Number 20,429., Judson Spofford, Judson Spofford, private Company K, 10th Vermont Vols., was admitted to Harewood U.S.A. General Hospital April 2nd 1865, with gunshot flesh wound of chest received at Fort Fisher Va., March 25th 1865, the ball entered about two inches from right nipple passing transversely through integuments, coming out one and one half inches from left nipple., R. B. BONTECOU,, Surgeon U.S. Vols., In Charge., and Transferred to Vermont April 20th, 1865.
