Two copies of a viewbook distributed by the United States Geological and Geographical Survey of the Territories in 1873 with mounted photographic prints created by William Henry Jackson of camps, geothermal features, and landscape primarily in Yellowstone
Description:
Both volumes have the same contents of photographic prints with variations in the orientation of prints in the binding. Photographs accompanied by guard sheet with descriptive letter-press and attached to U.S.G.S. mounts.
