"Ministers, much burlesqued, registering terror or anxiety, are grouped on either side of a large bottle of 'Evidence against the Queen' from which rise clouds of smoke, inscribed 'Lies' (four times) and 'Non mi Ricordo' [five times]. On the left sits Liverpool, saying: "We shall be all sent to the Devil." Next him Eldon scowls: "D--n that Non mi Ricordo." Wellington, fiercely anxious, stands behind Liverpool's chair holding a scimitar. Facing Liverpool sits Sidmouth, holding his clyster-pipe to his nostril, and exclaiming: "O! how reviving." Castlereagh exclaims: "Oh! L--d we shall be cast." Gifford says: "Oh! the secrets will come out." A seventh, (?)
