A satire on Queen Caroline's alleged affair with Bartolomeo Bergami. On the left is the figure of Queen Caroline, with a parasol in her right hand and holding the hand of a child with her left hand. The child says "Only look- how he kicks!!" Her response is "Yes, yes, child- Many will be upset before it's over.-" The donkey, wearing a rosette and elaborate saddle, bucks his rider, Bergami, who says "I'm not a great rider - I only ride a Donkey!!!" A servant dressed in oriental costume makes reference to himself and his master, saying "My master and I are both Greeks." The grotto behind the servant has a sign "Grotto. Villa d'Este"; above the grotto is a wind vane with an arrow pointing left on which is inscribed "Non mi Recordo." The white structure of Villa d'Este proper is seen on the left above the bushes, with Lake Como and the mountains beyond in the center background. In the foreground, amongst the flowers, is a potted orange tree on the left and a potted pineapple on the right

"Heading to a broadside printed in two columns. In a coop (right) are cocks and hens with human heads, the foreign witnesses against Queen Caroline. Sidmouth empties coins from a large green bag into their feeding trough, resting one foot on an apothecary's pestle and mortar. On the extreme left is a countryman in a smock who hands a letter to Castlereagh, saying: "Your Servent Sirs, I be com'd from a great fat Gentleman at W--d--r who wishes to know whether your Foreign Brood feeds well and if they are likely to pay for their keeping and he hopes, you'll keep a strict Eye over 'em and not let 'em take Flight as he understands they are very shy--and he says you shou'd look to their Plumage as he dont know but they may soon be made a Show of." Castlereagh, who holds a scourge, answers: "They thrive so fast they'll soon be fit for use--The Napoleons are more fattening than Caroline Rice but I'm rather afraid of that Rastellian Capon he seems to wish to peck his way out and be off--I'm afraid he's drank too much from the Po-Well as the water at present is rather Stagnated and now he's in good condition the Milan Springs [see British Museum Satires No. 13755, &c.] must be more palatable." Liverpool stands with a hand on Castlereagh's shoulder, silently holding a large purse inscribed 'Treasury Grain'. His back is to Sidmouth, who says: "True good C--r--gh I do declare they have Molted well already what a wonderful change--& if Brougham dont clip their Wings they'll amply repay us for our trouble for they can (according to the Old Proverb) Lie as fast as a Cock pecks Barley." Majocchi looks out through the bars, saying: "I am Cock of the Walk. If you wish more to know I'm the Infamous Segnior Non mi Ri cor do" [see British Museum Satires No. 13827]. Louise Demont looks up pertly: "Once Femme De Chambre To the Queen Now I support Sids Bag of Green [see British Museum Satires No. 13735] Doodle doo." "The Princess of Wales and her suite in a carriage drawn by six horses arrive at the porte-cochère of the British Embassy in Vienna. At the gate and in front of the horses is a mounted groom or outrider blowing a trumpet, from which issue the words: 'Vite! Vite!! 7 Lits de Maitre--13-- de Domestique--!!' Facing him is a fat porter, who keeps one leaf of the gate shut, and answers: "Sein Excellenz ist nich zu haus--!!!" Over the archway are the Royal Arms, the lion (burlesqued) and unicorn look down scandalized at the carriage, in which the Princess turns to Pergami who sits on her right, saying, "This Palace will lodge us well Sir Bergamot." Her plump breasts are displayed, and she wears a turban with a jewelled aigrette. Bergami wears hussar uniform with a furred dolman, and a bunch of orders hanging from his tunic. Facing the Princess sits little Willy Austin (see British Museum Satires No. 12027) wearing a round peaked cap; a lady wearing a tasselled cap like a smoking-cap sits next him. On the box are a foreign servant in quasi-military uniform and cockaded top-hat and a turbaned negro, with two big pistols in his sash. The negro puts his arm across the other's shoulders; both grin, as do two negro servants seated in the rumble with drawn swords; these also wear turbans, and are armed with pistols. Two postilions, French in type, flourish their whips; they wear huge jack-boots and large plumed cocked hats; the spirited horses have received a sudden check. The door-panel of the carriage, an open barouche is covered with the Royal Arms with the Prince's feathers. A stout peasant woman and a little boy (left) watch the cavalcade with astonishment; two dogs bark. Heading to a printed broadside in support of Queen Caroline, with a depiction of the Queen in the upper left, riding in a chariot pulled by a lion under a banner reading "Innocence and Triumph." The Italian witnesses against her are being led in chains to the gallows, the man at the back of the line remaking "This is past a joke O! Majocc"; a hangman smoking a pipe awaits them at the top of a ladder, noose in hand. Three figures with bags over their heads are already hanging, with a fourth hanged figure being fed by a devil with a pitchfork into the flaming mouth of a demon on the right, a "Green Bag" falling into the flames next to him. Another victim is skewered by a second devil standing inside the demon's mouth; the words "Milan Commission Receiving Office" are written amid the flames.
