The Duke of Wellington flys in a cloudy sky on a large quill pen, holding a pair of reins which are attached to the tip of the pen. From the tip hangs a scroll which reads "Bill for the relief of Roman Catholics." The point of the pen strikes George IV's eye; he stands in profile on the far right and exclaims "Oh, my eye the fellow has blinded me." Wellington looks over his shoulder at a bird with the head of Grey who flies after him from the left, beneath the pen's feather. Grey calls, "I say you Old Soldier you have stole one of my feathers! Hollo'a stop thief."

"A flying demon holds the level beam of a pair of scales, on which stand Wilkes (left) and Parson Horne (right). Each stands in the attitude of a fencer, thrusting at the other with an outstretched goose-quill; neither has the advantage. Wilkes wears a bag-wig, Horne is in parson's gown and bands. The demon says: "nicely pois'd indeed". The print illustrates "The Balance of Honour and Patriotism; or a Dialogue between Mr. H------and Mr. ------, in which the Demon of Discord very properly interferes". The dialogue ends with Horne's expressing a wish "that you, good Mr. Devil, had been conducting me to H------ll, before Malagrida [Shelburne] had persuaded me to engage in this d------n'd controversy"."--British Museum online catalogue

A shield with an or bordure and an azure field. At the center is a lion passant surrounded by three or lozenges. At the helm, surrounded by mantling, is a knight's helmet; at the crest, atop a torse, is a clothed right-handed wrist with a quill pen in its grasp. There is a motto upon a long banner beneath the shield.
At center, there is a quill pen and a stack of paper, a drawing with the initials H. C., and an open book showing the text "Meningioma Pituitary". A brain on a staff is on the left hand side of the plate, and a caduceus on the right. Beneath is a space to write the name of the deceased to which the book is in memoriam.
