Sould by Iohn Stafford in Brides churchyard, 1651"; the capital S on leaf A1 recto is about 1 1/8 inch square; page 221 is so numbered. Portrait of Bishop Andrewes (to follow p. 440) wanting; leaf C2 (blank) wanting. Manuscript note on fly-leaf in Mrs. Piozzi's hand: "This old Book was kindly presented by Sophia Lee to H:L: Piozzi as a New Year's Gift 1:st Jan: 1800."
