A coat of arms, divided into four quadrants, with two repeating designs. The first contains three flowers; the second, three crowns. Surrounding these is a bordure featuring eight stars. All but the top of the shield is surrounded by leafing and design. At the helm is a knight's helmet, atop which is engulfed by mantling, and with a stag upon a torse at the crest. Over the entire image is the motto Pace et Bello Paratus.
