Also includes a front cover and additional pages of front matter created by Berrigan. The cover incorporates a clipped image from a newspaper and drawings in red and black pen; the front matter includes a black and white photograph of Berrigan by an unidentified photographer. The front cover is, according to a note by Berrigan on the item, "accidentally on back upside down".
