- Depiction of four glass vessels with sepulchral functions. The two flask-shaped vessels at top were apparently used to hold oils and the pot-shaped vessels below used to hold ashes. These vessels were part of the collection which Conyers Middleton acquired in Rome in 1723-4 and sold to Horace Walpole in 1744
