"Caricature portrait of a man in profile to the right. He is smiling and holds up in his left hand a coin with a head inscribed "OTHO EMP". In his right hand is a cane with a chased handle. He wears spectacles, a large flowing curled wig, an oddly-shaped cap decorated with a pair of horns like those worn on medieval women's head-dresses, an old-fashioned heavily-trimmed coat, a long brocade waistcoat and boots (which appear to date from the 17th century) with large spurs.
