On the left a group of three ladies stand behind Sancho's chair, one pointing to him. Behind the physician on the right a larger group of men, one woman, and a black man laugh at the scene around the table. In the upper right on a balcony, three musicians play for the guests below. From the lower right, a dog looks at a platter of food
