Enraged, he murdered his entire family. The gruesome sounds of the murders attracted the attention of his neighbors, who rushed to the scene and apprehended Grey. Susan Smith, a girl of 17, was pregnant with an unwanted child. Unable to abort the pregnancy, she murdered the baby shortly after it was born. This broadside offers the evidence of Ann Dyatt and James Hendy, who discovered the bodies, together with that of Mr. George Martell, surgeon, who examined the bodies. No evidence as to how Stacey was convicted is offered, but he, together with his father, both confessed to their crime.
