- Manuscript on paper of a commonplace book. The work contains four sections. (1) "Loci animadvertendi in legendi epistolis, ad quos etia[m] om[n]ia quae annotaderis referenda sunt." This lists types of epistles under eight headings, or "libri," but the extensive framework is very incompletely annotated. (2) "Here are written divers notes phrases words & sentences collected out of severall bokes. 15 Novembr 1586. A[nn]o Reg.ie Eliz. 28." This is actually a seventeen-page selection from the "A Touchstone for the Time" section of George Whetstone's A Mirrour for Magistrates.... (London, 1584). It is preceded by a two-line entry quoting Mary Queen of Scots as saying at Fotheringay, "I come not as a criminal." (3) "Epistolae commendatiae Praecepta," summarizing extracts from the Epistolae of Paulus Manutius. (4) "Quaedam collecta ex liber The Breviarie of Health, compiled by Andrew Boorde." Eight pages of various entries in English from Boorde's work, including descriptions of and remedies for "scurffe," greensickness, "sikness of the prisones, "chappe," and nosebleed.

This manuscript is a palimpsest; the parchment is from at least three unidentified thirteenth century Italian manuscripts. The first, apparently a glossed legal text, is most apparent at f21-22v.

- Manuscript on paper (sized) of Vincent Ferrer, Sermones. In this version of the sermons the text begins in Latin, presents the main points of the sermon in Spanish, and then returns to the body of the text in Latin.
- Description:
- Binding: ca. 1500, Spain. Wound sewing on four tawed skin, slit straps or double cords laced into the wooden boards. Plain wound natural color endbands, caught up on the spine, are sewn on cores laced into the boards and pegged. They are tied down around a strip of tawed skin. There is a coarse cloth spine lining. Back pastedown is part of a bifolium from a liturgical manuscript with Aquitanian musical notation. Covered with reddish-brown sheepskin, blind-tooled with a rope interlace tool, fleurs de lis and annular dots. Spine: supports outlined with double fillets; panels diapered with double fillets with annular dots at the intersections. There are traces of two fastenings, the catches on the lower board, and traces of five round bosses on each board. Damage from a chain attachment (?) near the tail of the upper board; remains of a paper or vellum label near the head., Plain red intials for each sermon; headings, foliation and paragraph marks in red. First words of each sermon in large gothic bookhand for display script., Script: Written in gothic cursive script, above top line., and Watermarks: similar in design to Briquet Ciseaux 3694-3702, and unidentified cross bow in a circle.

It is incomplete at the beginning, starting with the entry Amor, and continues with 149 entries to Christi acensio (under X)., Manuscript on paper in Anglicana (Scribe 1, ff. 1-62v) and Secretary script (Scribe 2, 64r-100v), produced in England in the mid-fifteenth century., and Spine title: "MS Loci qm Theologi Ord: Alpho 80."

- Binding: limp vellum., Headings and various names and phrases in the Speculum Christiani are rubricated., and Spiritual diagram on f. 85v: two ladders are drawn, one for "Celum," one for "Infernum." On the rungs are written the virtues and vices pertaining to each, eight for heaven and nine for hell. The uprights are inscribed Spes and Fides for heaven, and Superbia and Larga Conscientia for hell.
