Depiction of seven Roman weights(?), numbered in Roman numerals from I to VII. The sides of the circular objects bear pictures of various heads, beasts, objects and symbols. All were part of the collection which Conyers Middleton acquired in Rome in 1723-4 and sold to Horace Walpole in 1744
