Front and back flyleaves, formerly pastedowns, from a liturgical manuscript (Germany, 12th-13th centuries) containing Office of the Dead. Responses to the first five lessons are Qui lazarum, Heu michi, Ne recorderis, Domine quando, Peccantem me cottidie.
